It's about a preventative proactice approach to keeping your systems up running and available.

After doing my homework I ended up working with MedIT and if they weren't the best, I wouldn't be working with them across the country or taking the time to sing their praises. These guys take a very good product and make it better, its all in the implementation.

I'm very excited b/c I'm the first practice outside of California to deploy Intelemed's latest solution with a comprehensive IT package including remote virtual server backup and several other features the Intelemed guys can explain. They're very forward thinking and are basically simplifying the entire IT concept and setup so physicians will now be able to simply pay a monthly fee, forget the IT headaches, and focus on practicing medicine ... obsolete computers will be replaced on a regular schedule, for example. This will obviously have a direct impact on my practice, but I think this new paradigm is something any of your start up physicians using EHR's could capitalize on. We would not have thought about implementing EHR without MedIT.
